9. Why does AudaUpdate require 10GB of free hard drive space?

AudaUpdate creates a copy of Audatex Estimating data in a separate folder on your computer's internal hard drive. This is done to ensure that the data is complete and correct prior to installing into your Audatex Estimating data folder. Because of this copied data, additional space is needed.

16. Does AudaUpdate download the entire DVD each time I update?

No, AudaUpdate downloads only the changes in vehicle files. For example, if the only change for a 1998 Honda Accord is the price of an OEM bumper cover, AudaUpdate would only download and install that change. This allows AudaUpdate to only download changes that you need to be current.

17. Will I continue to receive DVDs after I start using AudaUpdate?

Yes, however, you will receive a DVD every three months instead of once a month. Currently, AudaUpdate supports the ability to obtain vehicle data updates.
